West Nile Fever

      Fever

      Headache

      Fatigue

      Gastrointestinal symptoms

      Other clinical features may include:

           - Skin rash on trunk of body

           - Swollen lymph glands

           - Eye pain

 

West Nile Neuroinvasive Disease

      Fever

      Headache

      Weakness

      Gastrointestinal symptoms

      Optic neuritis

      Seizures

      Change in mental status

      Rash on the neck, trunk,  arms, or legs

      Flaccid paralysis is sometimes seen
